1.	Office Cum Residential Quarters will be constructed in 10 more Firkas at a cost of 2.06 Crore.	Out of 10, 6 Firka Surveyor Quarters were inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister. Ready for inauguration is 1 and the construction work is going on for the remaining 3 firka quarters through PWD.
2.	422 posts of Field Surveyor, 328 posts of Draftsman and 28 posts of Ministerial Staff, which are vacant in Survey and Land Records Department, will be filled up through TNPSC shortly.	Implemented
3.	Since all Land Records are being brought online, 3G Data cards with one year subscription at a total cost of Rs 70.00 lakh, will be provided to 1140 Firka Surveyors, in order to pursue expeditious action in Online patta Transfer System.	Implemented
4.	Additional applications will be developed in Tamil Nilam software to enable banks and Primary Agricultural Co-operatives to record details of loans given and crop insurance.	It will be established in FY 2020-21.
5.	Torrens title is a system of land registration, in which a register of land holdings maintained by the state guarantees an indefeasible title to those included in the register. This, Torrens Titling System (Conclusive Titling System) will be introduced in a recently surveyed and Settled town as a pilot initiative.	The Government of India has informed that, NITI Aayog may set up a Small Group on the subject of conclusive land titling and consider the draft Model Act prepared & put up on the website of DoLR for stakeholder consultations and prepare a comprehensive Model Act along with Rules there under, within a month, and it will be examined, and brought up its proposal for the consideration of the Union Cabinet. Once the approval of the Union Cabinet is received, the Model Act and Rules there under may be provided to States for their guidance. Hence in this regard the model act and rules are awaited from the GoI.
